Introduction to the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, the outer objects of refuge, will be accompanied by the refuge ceremony itself in which all students are welcome to take the important 1st step toward transforming the mind of afflictive emotions and self-grasping into a mind of loving kindness and utter lucidity.

Venerable Drupon Thinley Ningpo has accomplished both the practice Five-fold Mahamudra and the profound
