Phowa Practice Teachings – known as “Inserting the Stalk of Wild Grass” – is the transmission of consciousness at the time of death. Phowa is considered the most direct and quickest path to achieving enlightenment.
It is said that even those with the heaviest of karma have a chance for enlightenment through the practice of Phowa.

* NOTE: Daylight Savings Time ends at 2am Sunday, November 7th, so the first day of teaching is PST but the 2nd day is MST
