Tummo Closed Practice Retreat

With Drupon Thinley Ningpo Rinpoche

Wednesday, Oct. 28th – Sunday, Nov. 1st

This will be our 10th Closed Practice Retreat. You must pre-register to attend this event.

Tummo is one of the 6 Yogas of Naropa. It focuses on controlling the bodies’ energies and transforming them into bliss. The purpose of Tummo is to gain control over bodily processes during the completion stage of “highest yoga practices” thus furthering one’s goal towards enlightenment. Though having basic yogic training is helpful, this retreat is open to everyone.

Drupon Thinley Ningpo Rinpoche will instruct us in the practice of Tummo (a completion stage practice) using Vajrayogini as a support. Pre-registration is required as well as attendance to the entire retreat. Please call with any questions or if you would like to register.

Attendance will be limited, please let us know of your intention to join us no later than October 25th.
