Lama Chopa Tsok-Feast (Guru Rinpoche Day) is a form of guru yoga whereby the meditation practitioner unifies his/her mind with the wisdom-mind of their teacher. This is a lively & festive practice with offerings of music, food, poetry and stories.

Bring a wholesome dish to share for dinner, as well as your bells (dorje), damarus, horns, poems and stories.
