Drupon Rinchen Dorje Rinpoche will lead two days of teachings and precious instructions on guru yoga practice from the precious Ngondro Preliminary Practices.

Guru Yoga the practice of merging oneís mind with the wisdom mind of the master. The practice consists of visualizing the guru (either in his own form or in the form of deity), requesting his blessings, receiving his blessings, and merging one’s mind with the master’s wisdom mind.

9am-12pm; 2pm-5pm

Note: We will conclude the teachings on Sunday with Achi Chokyi Drolma Deity Practice.

* Brennan’s house is on left or north side of Oxford Drive
