Drupon Thinley Ningpo returns the end of April and will teach the next three Sundays, May 1st, 8th, and 15th.

May 1st,  Drupon will offer Refuge and Bodhisattva Vows.  He will teach on the foundational Ngondro Practices on these three Sundays.  These preliminary practices are precious as they help transform us.

It is sometimes said that:

• Prostrations remove the obscurations associated with the body,
• Recitation of the hundred syllable mantra removes obscurations associated with speech,
• Mandala Offering removes obscurations associated with mind, and
• Guru Yoga removes the obscurations of all three: body, speech and mind.
